2023 Election: No need for you misleading people with “God said” – Tacha warns religious leaders (Video)

Controversial BBNaija 2019 ex-housemate, Natacha Akide professionally known as Tacha has taken to her verified Twitter handle where she sternly warns religious leader ahead of 2023 elections.

Nigeria is a very religious country and it comes as no surprise that religious leaders are used as tools during elections to sway the public to vote for a particular candidate.

According to the reality star, religious leaders are free to pick and support a candidate of their choice. However, they should stop with the claims that “God said” or revealed the candidate to them when He did not.

The reality TV star who was clearly upset said that they did not have to lead people on with religion and then start trying to defend what they earlier claimed God told them.

“As a religious leader that you are, you need to understand that you have the right to pick a candidate, support a candidate without involving God. You don’t have to involve God in your confusion. You can’t lead people on with religion and along the line you come and start trying to back up whatever you said God said or God told you and even confuse people the more.

“If it is you that is saying it because you believe this candidate is the best candidate, go on and say it. Don’t say God, do not include God. We need to stop this nonsense. Nigeria is a very serious business. You don’t have to involve God in what God did not tell you.

“2023 election is coming up, support your candidate. If God did not say anything to you, don’t involve him, so you don’t have to use scriptures of the bible to backup whatever you said God said”

Tacha added that as 2023 election is approaching, everyone should support their candidate with their chest or stay at home.

She tweeted;

“2023 is coming! support your candidate with your CHEST if you can’t do that DEY YOUR HOUSE! No need for you misleading people with “God said” when it’s all fallacies. Please!!”
