Popular Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe has raised several eyebrows following her recent video in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
In the video shared via her verified Instagram page, Mercy Aigbe who recently turned into a Muslim was seen reciting Arabic while on pilgrimage in Mecca.
Mercy Aigbe alongside her husband Kazeem Adeoti joined other Nigerians and millions of people across the world to perform the 2023 Hajj.

Note that Mercy Aigbe whose Muslim name is now Minnah announced her conversion to Islam in April 2023 during an interview at a Ramadan lecture / special prayers hosted by the hubby.
A few months after becoming a Muslim, Mercy Aigbe is now in Mecca performing Hajj, and upon completion, she will automatically become an Alhaja.
However, Mercy Aigbe manages to get people talking as she was effortlessly seen reciting a dua that Muslims say when they go on the pilgrimage just a few months into the religion.
Mercy Aigbe says; “Labbaik Allahumma labbaik. Labbaik la sharika laka labbaik. Innal-hamda wa-nimata laka wal-mulk, la sharika laka.”
Captioning the video, Mercy Aigbe wrote; Grateful, Feeling so Blessed for the opportunity to be here at the Holyland for Umurah/Hajj 2023!…. Alhamdulilah Robil Al amin for his Grace upon my life! 🙏
