Recall the “Essence” crooner while having a chat in a video that surfaced online few days ago explained how he left EME being broke despite the fact that everyone knows him as a popular artiste and then that was just the beginning.
Banky W, a father of one during an interview alongside his wife, Adesuwa Etomi on the BlackBox interview series hosted by Ebuka Obi Uchendu disclosed that he was disappointed Wizkid didn’t attend his wedding in 2017.
However, Wizkid got the social media buzzing following his famous response “LOL” to Banky W utmost expression of being disappointed in the singer absence at the famous wedding.

Samklef, a music producer who works with Wizkid on several music project in a video shared via his verfied Instagram page reveals reason on why Wizkid left EME and by extension result into dead of the music label.
According to Samklef, the “Joro” crooner left when his former boss and singer wanted to start controlling him noting that as at that time Wizkid has already becomes a popular singer with several number of hits songs.
Speaking further, Samklef also disclosed how Banky W told Wizkid to remove his name as the music producer from the hit song “Pakurumo” in his presence in which Wizkid refused.
