I got admission into UNILAG but I had to move on because of the ASUU strike – Singer Rema (Video)

In a recent statement, popular Nigerian singer, Divine Ikubor professionally known as Rema disclosed that he has move on from the admission given to him by the prestigious University of Lagos (UNILAG).

Recall in January 2022, Rema the “Calm Down” disclosed to all and sundry that he got an admission at the University of Lagos to study creative arts.

According to him, his mother wanted him to get a degree and that fuelled his decision to attend school.

However, in a recent chat, Rema disclosed that he moved on from the admission given to him at University of Lagos (UNILAG) because of the ASUU strike that occurred for 8 months.

Rema noted that he was looking forward to balance school and touring but the whole strike at that time makes it look awkard.

While the interviewer asked Rema about his mum reaction on him not going back to school, Rema said that his mum is fine and cool with it adding that she follows him on his music tours.
