I learned Yoruba by listening to Olamide and 9ice songs – Singer BNXN “Buju” (Video)

Popular Nigerian singer, Daniel Benson professionally known as BNXN “Buju” in an interview disclosed he gets inspirations on how to sing in Yoruba by listening to Olamide and 9ice Alapomeji songs.

BNXN who recently disclosed that he has never cheated on his girlfriend amid reports that he impregnated a Swedish lady made this known during an interview with  102.7 Naija FM.

According to BNXN, he hailed from Akwa-IBom state and he is deficient of Yoruba Language but a huge fan of 9ice and Olamide because the duo gave him some inspirations those days.

BNXN said that he do feels Olamide and 9ice songs but he doesn’t speak Yoruba, therefore for him to sing their songs he has to understand what they are saying in their lyrics.

Due to strong passion he had for their songs, BNXN said he would have to call his friends to tell him what Olamide and 9ice are saying in their songs so that he can be able to sing it along the singers.
