Popular Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has reacted after a fan ruined her expensive and extravagant appearance at the recent AMVCA 2023 event.
Recall that the 2023 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) held its 9th edition on Saturday, May 20th, 2023 at the Eko Hotel and Suites. Celebrities at the event put on their A-Games on the red carpet as they captured the hearts of many with their amazing outfits.
The actress’s look at the event was, however, mimicked by a fan who makes humourous content about celebrities’ appearances.

While revealing the exorbitant cost of her stunning and attention-grabbing attire, Iyabo Ojo disclosed that she had spent $50,000, approximately N37.5 million in Nigerian currency. The dress was meticulously crafted by renowned celebrity stylist, Toyin Lawani.
Reacting, the mother of two humorously threatened to involve his lawyers and drag the fan to court for recreating her appearance in an unattractive manner.
Captioning the video, Iyabo Ojo wrote; “Please, i need an Idan lawyer, who has Oba lawyers number, i need to sue this guy……… no body should beg me oooo, we shall meet in court ………. my $50,000 💵 dress, no wayyyyyy.”
