Ibadan people have started expressing their utmost displeasure as one of the finest places at Palms Mall – Shoprite Ibadan finally closed down.
Today, September 1st, 2023, Elbow Room known as Africa’s first Mall Resort via its official Instagram page releases an official statement announcing its permanent closure.
The post reads; “NOTICE OF BUSINESS CLOSURE Dear cherished customers, With heavy hearts, we announce the indefinite closure of The Elbow Room at Palms Shopping Mall Ibadan, effective 30th of September, 2023.”
