“Let’s forgive and forget” – Sabinus begs Ghanaians after Nigeria loses AFCON final to Ivory Coast

Nigerian comedian, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, popularly known as Sabinus has apologized to Ghanaians for mocking them since their loss in the African Cups of Nation (AFCON) match.

His statement comes after Super Eagles of Nigeria got defeated by the host Nation Ivory Coast in the AFCON final match, which took place at Alassane Ouattara Stadium in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire on Sunday, February 11.

Nigerians expressed their disappointments, many blamed Super Eagles players and the team’s coach, José Peseiro.

Sabinus, however, asked for Ghanaians’ forgiveness, urging them to live with love and togetherness with Nigerians.

He shared a photo of himself pleading and captioned, “Ghanaians Please forgive and forget”. 


He furthered, “Ghana 🇬🇭 No Vex !!! We Move ❤️ One Love 🏃‍♀️😂”.
