A zoo attendant has been left in excruciating pain after attempting to demonstrate his lion-playing abilities to some tourists while on duty.
Tourists flocked to the St. Elizabeth zoo in Jamaica, and one of the zoo guides, who was showing them around, decided to play with one of the lions in full view of the crowd.
Unfortunately, the attempts to entertain and dazzle the tourists failed when the attendant’s finger became stuck in the ravenous lion’s mouth.

The Zoo attendant paid the ultimate price when his right ring finger was partially chewed off after sticking his hand through the chain-linked lion’s cage.
The tourists were shocked as the lion chopped off the guide’s finger as they captured the moment.
