We will sack you if you don’t perform as the elected president – Peter Okoye to Peter Obi, he reacts (Video)

Popular Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye in a recent statement disclosed that the Obidient (The supporters of Peter Obi) won’t hesitate to sack Peter Obi if he fails to perform as the elected president of Nigeria.

Peter Okoye, a die hard fan of Peter Obi made this known during an interview with Arise News as he disclosed that the obidient are really trying their best in making sure that Peter Obi wins as he noted that they have put their trust in him believing that he is the candidate that can deliver.

This comes after the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate Peter Obi met with stakeholders in the entertainment industry on Thursday, February 9, in Lagos.

Videos from the event have emerged on social media, showing the likes of Kanayo O. Kanayo, Chidi Mokeme, Peter and Paul Okoye of Psquare, Nkechi Blessing, among others were present. 

In an interview with Peter Obi, the Arise TV interviewer while questioning the Labour Party presidential candidate repeated what singer Peter Okoye said, “if you don’t deliver everything you promised, we would fire you.”

Reacting to the question, Peter Obi confirms and accepts what Peter Okoye as he noted that it’s time for Nigerians to stand up and attack who they voted for that fails to perform.

He said “Whatever I promised won’t be delivered overnight.I might not have 100% RESULT, but I would put 100% effort.”

He concluded that letting people who voted for him down when he becomes elected as the president is like letting God down.
