As a System Administrator, His/her primary responsibility is to oversee the upkeep of all servers, manage routine system administration tasks, and ensure the effective configuration management of various environments. He/She will leverage your experience in installing and operating systems, as well as your proficiency in web server administration, to maintain the stability and performance of our organization’s network and infrastructure.
- Oversee the maintenance and operational health of all servers, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and perform optimally.
- Monitor system performance, perform load balancing, manage processes, and implement necessary optimizations to maintain system efficiency.
- Manage configurations across production, test, training, development, and other environments, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Install and operate systems, including servers, backup devices, peripheral devices, and specialized equipment.
- Administer and manage web servers to ensure the seamless functioning of web applications and services.
- Respond to system issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain system availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to system configurations, installations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support, share insights, and address infrastructure-related challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- In-depth proficiency in Finacle
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in System Administration, with a focus on network and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in server maintenance, performance monitoring, load balancing, and process management.
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices.
- Experience in the installation and operation of systems, including various hardware devices.
- Familiarity with web server administration and protocols.
- Practical experience in troubleshooting technical issues and incident response.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Enterprise & Solutions Architect
As an Enterprise & Solution Architect, he/she will lead the design, integration, and alignment of the organization’s Enterprise Architecture framework. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are strategically designed, seamlessly integrated, and effectively contribute to our business objectives. He/She will leverage your experience in documentation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and efficiency of interfaces, while harnessing the power of Finacle to optimize our banking systems.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align solutions with the bank’s Enterprise Architecture blueprint, ensuring consistency, scalability, and strategic alignment across the organization.
- Analyze integration requirements and document interface specifications, ensuring comprehensive documentation of integration points and interactions between systems
- Support unit tests and System Integration Testing (SIT) by providing architectural insights, validating the integration of components, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Design robust and innovative solutions that address business needs while aligning with architectural guidelines.
- Create detailed documentation for interfaces, including data flow diagrams, API specifications, and integration protocols, ensuring clarity and effective communication across teams.
- Utilize your experience in testing and troubleshooting interfaces to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system performance.

Developer (Customizations & Development)
As a Finacle Developer within our Systems Development and Integrations team, he/she will be at the forefront of enhancing our banking technology landscape. The primary responsibility will be to develop, customize, and maintain solutions within the Finacle ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration, improved functionality, and optimized performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements for customizations and new applications within the Finacle environment.
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that align with business needs, utilizing a variety of technologies including Unix, Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, SQL, HTML, Java, JSP, and JS.
- Design and implement system integrations between Finacle and other applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
- Lead the development and maintenance of customizations within the Finacle framework to enhance its capabilities and meet specific business requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software functionality, performance, and integration, providing timely support to address operational concerns.
- Collaborate with QA teams to conduct thorough testing of software components, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in banking technology, Finacle updates, and software development to propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong drive to learn and implement new technologies and methodologies.
- Professional certifications related to software development, Oracle, or banking systems will be a plus.
