Table of Contents
The administrative officer will be responsible for all general office administration and supporting project construction.
- Negotiating with Vendors and procurement
- Develop and maintain a filing system for the plant administration.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Arrangement of Meetings (Internal Meeting / Sharing / Refreshment / Training / Committee) Specification
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.sc/HND in Business Administration and Social Sciences
- Min of 2-3 years’ Experience
- Must be resident in Sagamu, Mowe or Abeokuta
- Proficiency in Ms-word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional MS Office skill – especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint-
- Teamwork – Ability to work together in a team.
- Time Management skills.
