Customer Service Representative
- Welcome customers in person or via telephone
- Receive and check garments thoroughly for defects
- Tag the clothes with the customer name and order number
- Be creative and come up with ways to improve service
- Be able to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to take initiative
- Attention to detail
- Be punctual (very critical).
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND
- Compulsory Skills
- Basic computer and internet usage skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel will be a plus
- Fluent in English
- Great communications skills.
- N40,000 – N45,000 monthly.
