Job Description:
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
  • Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
  • Providing pre-sales & after-sales technical assistance, product education to clients on Instrumentation/Quality Control /Electrical apparatus Testing & Measurement/Analytical/Process Monitoring/Industrial Automation products and equipment;
  • Generating Sales Inquiries and responding to Request For Quotes and inquiries from Clients.
  • Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
  • Starting up, maintaining, calibrating, testing and troubleshooting a wide variety of Instruments, process monitoring & Controlling Instruments, and industrial instruments.
  • liaising with clients, suppliers, Principals and relevant authorities
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
  • Promoting the Company’s product portfolio and lines of representation amongst current and prospective clients by Emails, Cold Calls and Scheduled Visits.
  • Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Identifying sales prospects and following up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Preparing presentations, proposals, quotes, Purchase Orders, Invoices and sales contracts.
  • Following up on submitted quotations, specification queries, and submitted invoices.
  • Developing and maintaining sales and marketing materials.
  • Providing content management for the company’s websites and e-commerce sites;
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Preparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closing, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage
  • Performing multifaceted general office support
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Graduate (minimum) qualification in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics
  • Minimum of 2 Years of work experience in a Similar Role
  • Tenacity and self-motivation inspired by success, enthusiasm, drive and initiative directed towards sales growth
  • ability to operate alone and to meet ambitious but achievable targets, particularly with regard to sales success
  • Self-discipline and the ability to decide priorities in a rapidly changing commercial environment
  • An outgoing and likeable personality with a high degree of personal integrity
  • The personality of a natural team player, willing and able to build confidence and establish co-operative relationships with personnel throughout the Company
  • A very high standard of personal presentation.
  • Self-starter attitude, customer-oriented with strong client relationships building skills.
  • High level of energy, motivation, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and willingness to learn.
  • Able to quickly assimilate new technical knowledge and interested in building a career with a growth-oriented company.

  • Design, enhance and maintain the Company’s websites and other digital communication tools.
  • Ensure the technical effectiveness, compliance and functionality all websites, social media platforms.

Major Roles & Responsibilities
Web / Digital Content Administration:

  • Produces (writes, edits, posts, sends) content for the organization’s websites, corporate newsletter, email campaigns, and sales and marketing materials.
  • Constantly update company’s e-commerce websites with new products, prices, photos, videos promotions etc
  • Performs SEO activities on website contents
  • Conducting keyword research and using SEO guidelines to optimize content.
  • Updating our websites, landing pages and social media pages with new graphics and video content as needed.
  • Managing and growing brand presence on various social media platforms.
  • Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
  • Reviews content performance and adjusts accordingly
  • Define, develop and deliver projects to enhance the website and digital communication tools in ways that align with the Company’s strategic goals
  • Creates digital content including, but not limited to, writing, graphics and video.
  • Oversee the content of the Company’s web pages, digital signage and apps.
  • Consult with Line Managers and Company’s Management to evaluate and implement tools and methods to deploy information on websites.
  • Constantly seek out information for the site and explore new technology and software and how it might assist the Company in communicating to various audiences.
  • Monitor web-related software licenses to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor site-level analytics to improve the performance and engagement
  • Maintain and administer all legal domains owned by the Company
  • Assist in the development, documentation, and communication of acceptable use of electronic communications policy, regulations and standards.
  • Monitor all system activities including Internet use to ensure proper use.

IT Support:

  • Monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks of the company
  • Installs and configures computer systems, diagnoses hardware and software faults and solves technical and application problems
  • Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
  • Replace parts as required when necessary
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
  • Oversees the operations of the companies’ websites / digital platforms and resolves issues immediately as they occur.

Administrative:

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Others:

  • Ownership of companies websites and e-commerce sites
  • Ownership of social media channels
  • Ownership of email messaging related to webinars, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Education / Certification:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Computer Science or other related field preferred.

Special Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to create digital content
  • Graphic design experience
  • In depth knowledge of HTML or other web-based technologies
  • Understanding of analytics and search engine optimization
  • Knowledge of Internet infrastructure and practices
  • Ability to detect, analyze,and solve technical problems
  • Knowledge of strategic communications, public relations and marketing strategies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience:
