Job Description:
  • Our client, a Key Distributor of Fast Moving Consumer Goods in Nigeria is seeking to recruit a smart and meticulous talent with an understanding of financial principles and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
  • Process invoices, record payments, and track expenses of the organization.
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with database backups.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts.
  • Create and monitor internal auditing procedures.
  • Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
  • Reconcile the accounts of the various sales representatives.
  • Inspect invoices for inaccuracies and advise accordingly
  • Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
  • Manage statutory remittances to all relevant bodies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • B.Sc./ HND in Accounting from a recognized institution
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the accounting field
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Admin Officer

Job Description:
  • Manage the administrative processes and resolve administration problems and challenges. 
  • Receiving and processing communication channels including emails, phone and physical mail. 
  • Organizing company records and preparing reports Overseeing budgets, maintaining inventory and supplies 
  • Providing admin support and ensuring functionality of office equipment and requisition of new supplies when needed. Organize and manage schedules and calendars for staff 
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Organized and self motivated Bsc /HND in administration or related field 2-3 yrs experience as Admin/HR officer 
  • Good communication, organizational and critical thinking skills Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite especially Excel/ IT
