Job Description:
  • Responsible for the conceptualization, development and deployment of all Financial Inclusion products.
  • Co-ordinate product roadmaps design processes.
  • Evaluate and ensure successful implementation of product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (designers, developers, channels support officers, sales team, operations team, assurance officers, and other product managers) to take products ideas from concept to launch.
  • Supervise the determination of customer needs/preferences and collect accurate feedback through customer engagement tools. 
  • Supervise the implementation of enriching and Market-fit propositions on the Mobile Wallet channel.
  • Determine the appropriate product pricing.
  • Responsible for maintaining the quality, competitiveness and profitability of product portfolio.
  • Formulate suitable metrics to measure product performance.
  • Provide strategic support to cross-functional teams (Sales & Distributions team) in executing growth plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • B Sc. in relevant discipline 
  • Additional Professional Certification is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience (Financial Services/Payments/Sales/Brand Management/Marketing/Operations).

Job Description:
  • Conceptualize the value proposition, and strategic initiatives for adoption of Mobile and e-Wallets.
  • Manage Wallet product initiatives throughout their lifecycles from planning to implementation, sales, monitoring, product support in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
  • Build and manage payment ecosystems built around Wallets within Mass Markets and Corporate organizations e.g. Manufacturing, Transport Service, Public sectors, Private Organization, Financial Institutions etc.
  • Build strong relationships with Industry Leaders, Regulators, Payment Aggregators and Switches to gain insight to new regulations, technology trends and have first-hand information for better business decisions, directions, and policy implementation. 
  • Develop Management briefs, perform periodic reviews and evaluation of performance, while proposing process improvements and corrective actions so as to remain competitive in the target markets.
  • Build and sustain a robust financial model to manage the cost profile of the business, while meeting the projected profitability of the business in line with pre-agreed KPIs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage compelling initiatives and solutions that will aid targeted customer acquisition and activation activities.
  • Identify and obtain new payment mandates (around wallets) from corporate bodies, as well as Government and Non-Government Organizations leveraging on existing relationships within the Bank.
  • Develop and utilize specific marketing programs to drive results in the identified Retail, Commercial and Public Sector markets.

Research and Analysis

  • Study and analyze market conditions.
  • Identify key industry peers/ competitors and consumer trends.
  • Articulate market requirements and opportunities for product innovation and enhancements.

Product Planning and Management

  • Determine product specifications, create product road maps and define the long term product strategy.
  • Develop pricing strategies and product policies.
  • Manage interactions and communicate with cross functional teams.

Product Marketing

  • Develop product marketing plans and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Conduct product knowledge and awareness presentations; develop sales tools and training materials to equip relationship managers on product sales.
  • Provide inputs for marketing collateral development and implement marketing plans in conjunction with all departments.
  • Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability.

Customer and End-User Support

  • Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users.
  • Co-ordinate market research to track customer and end-user feedback.
  • Use market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and manage the activities of the Mobile Wallet Team members.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Education

  • B Sc. in relevant discipline.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Professional Certifications in cognate knowledge areas.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years post NYSC experience in FCMG, Telecoms, Banking, Micro Finance, Mobile Money, Payments, and other relevant sectors.

Job Description:
  • To deepen the coverage and visibility of the First Monies Agent Network business.
  • Identify, establish, and manage required partnerships (internal and external) to promote network growth as well as product/ service offerings. 
  • Drive knowledge management across the value chain – Agents and Branch Team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute strategies for growing and sustaining a vibrant Agent network.
  • Provide oversight to team activities related to Network Development, Business growth and Agent Onboarding and Marketing. 
  • Develop knowledge materials to facilitate training of Agents (onboarding, day to day operations, etc.) and Branch team (Agent recruitment and management).
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedure manuals for all activities related to Agent Network Development. 
  • Collaborate with SBU Heads (Line Executives, Group Heads, Business Development Managers) to define and implement tactical strategies to drive business performance.
  • Monitor and respond to Competitor offerings and trends.
  • Support Sales team (SBUs) and eBusiness Regional Officers with product materials and bespoke proposals to facilitate engagement with prospective Strategic Partners.
  • Monitor and render periodic reports and recommendations on Agent and Branch performance to key stakeholders and executive management.
  • Collaborate with required stakeholders to conduct risk assessment reviews to identify and address operational and business risks.

  • Design and execute product promotion campaigns for Agents.
