JOB DUTIES
- Carry out packing, crating, and warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for site-specific program and shipment
- Oversee customer-based queues and plan and allocate tasks to meet configuration requirements
- Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered
- Ensure materials are appropriately stored
- Program the final inventory of materials prior to shipment
- Provide a list of all equipment moved from the consolidation areas into sponsor shipping channels to project coordinators
- Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels to avoid spoilage

- Carry out annual property inventory and provide other report in his area of responsibility.

JOB DUTIES
- Oversee and evaluate regular and routine maintenance activities, including assigning work schedules; maintenance time and attendance records; monitoring, addressing and documenting performance issues.
- Schedule routine maintenance for Oil Milling equipments.
- Maintain detailed computerized records including maintenance and repair schedules.
- Assess problem equipment in emergency situations to determine if serviceable; dispatch staff to complete repairs.
- Send daily work force report to your Managing Director.
- Arrange and selecting in advance tools, materials and spares necessary for work execution and keep effective work order system and report.
- Pre-planned Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Procedures and Technical regulation.
- Troubleshoot, Repairs, Maintenance and Servicing of faulty equipments.
- Maintained discipline and adherence of workshop personnel to company’s regulations at all times
- keep up to date inventory records, how and when there were used and need for replacement.
- Ensure the safety of workers and equipment in plant department or any site.
- Maintain equipment/tools inventory records on a monthly basis. This includes status, location, expenditures, maintenance/repair, parts, supplies and other related issues.
- Prepare weekly inspection plan, determine problems and allocate necessary maintenance schedules
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
Qualification and Requirement:
- BSc/HND in Technical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 – 3years experience as Oil Mill Mechanical Supervisor in Agricultural sector
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of mechanic repairs and installations
- Must be a self starter willing to live in the rural areas of our farm location
- Proven experience as production supervisor, preferably in an oil palm processing mill.
