Job Description:
  • The Accountant will take responsibility for the entire accounting needs for the company, liaising with auditors to ensure regulatory compliance where required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile financial transactions as required
  • Prepare Asset, Liability, and Capital Account entries by compiling and analysing account information
  • Summarize and analyse financial status by preparing Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and other financial reports on schedule
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Secure financial information by completing database backups
  • Provide technical support and advice management on accounting-related matters
  • Review and recommend modifications to company accounting systems and processes
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Provide input into company goal setting and forecast processes
  • Drive internal and external audits to ensure compliance
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Provide relevant training to members of the team as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Special licenses or certification is an added advantage

  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

  • We need a brand / commercial manager who is focused on building the company’s brand image.
  • This individual will be empowering the go-to-market team, attracting new customers and investors through various marketing initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing a strong understanding of products, competition, residential and commercial real estate industry and marketing goals and objectives of our products on the company’s website

Job Description:
  • We need an Implementation Manager to have an oversight of the deployment process of the company platform for various clients – from the signing of the necessary paperwork to Go-Live.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure adherence to procedures and availability of necessary resources

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in a fast-paced project management role, including experience successfully leading teams
  • Prior experience with hardware, systems, and software implementation

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively sell the company’s estate management solution (and prepaid utility meters) to facilities/property managers, residents associations, real estate developers and other operators of residential and commercial communities
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referral-based strategies
  • Manage relationships with facilities/property managers, residents’ associations, real estate developers and other decision makers in territory defined and agreed by the company
  • Administer assessments to learners to determine baseline academic performance
