- To assist the Head, Internal Audit in assessing risks and monitoring the implementation of controls related to the activities in all the Business Units.
Role Accountabilities:
- Ensure that strategies defined and implemented for accomplishment of the department’s objectives relating to day-to-day monitoring of controls in the Business Units.
- Identifies, assesses and monitors the risk inherent in all the operations of each Business Unit;
- Monitor control performance on an ongoing basis in all areas of operations of the Business Units, including technical, commercial, finance and administration;

- Verify accounts for closure including undistributed bills and dormant accounts;
- Conduct special audit of stores, cash, and contractors’ bills in each Business Unit
- Perform value for money audits on the spending’s in the Business Units;
- Perform appropriate procedures to ensure that measures are implemented by the BU management to check the activities of free riders in each Business Unit;
- Monitor the timely resolution of customer complaints in each BU;
- Perform pre- and post- transaction reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, validity and reliability of processing including CRMD and other customer related adjustments;
- Monitor the General Ledger accounts in each Business Unit and ensure that account balances are regularly proofed;
- Review the monthly bank reconciliation statements and ensure that reconciling items are cleared timely;
- Perform any other jobs assigned by the Head, Internal Audit;
- Manage the MIS/KPI’s related to BU control operations.

- The Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst – Network & Communications at Ikeja Electric will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our network and communications systems.
- This pivotal role involves ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security for our network infrastructure.
- Additionally, the incumbent will oversee communication tools and platforms, fostering seamless internal and external communication to support the company’s operations and customer interactions.
- As a key member of our IT team, you will contribute to the foundation that drives Ikeja Electric’s technological excellence and customer-centric approach.
Role Accountabilities:
- Implementation, support, monitoring and maintenance of IE Data Centre and other site infrastructure and services, including but not limited to LAN and WAN services, telephony services, electrical supply (UPS, inverter), cooling and fire suppressant systems and ensuring availability of infrastructure services.
- Proactive support of WAN/LAN/Data Centre, Wireless and related technologies growth with a focus on reliability and dependability ensuring 24×7 availability.
- Ensure all IT network and communications services are designed and configured to achieve maximum uptime.
- Ensure all IT network and communications services are monitored, backed up, secured, and documented.
- Perform regular maintenance on all network and communications platforms to ensure patching is up to date and secured.
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated, approaches for network/system administration tasks.

- Ensure all data services are appropriately sized to support the business needs (capacity management)
- Research and evaluate new network technologies to improve available features and meet the changing business needs
- Resolution of tickets placed assigned to the Network and Communication team.
- Work with key vendors like Cisco, Huawei, Palo Alto, and F5 to fix any issues that cannot be solved internally.
- Responsible for logging incident, service request and change management tickets in the IT Service Management tool as need arises.
- Ensure project work and changes are successfully planned, implemented, and tested
- Standardize Infrastructure processes, procedures, and equipment for all supported services.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies and mentor Junior Analysts.
