Job Description:
  • Maintaining records of network activity such as logs of user activity or system performance metrics
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network problems.
  • Monitoring network performance to identify potential problems and help ensure high-performance levels.
  • Monitoring activity on the network to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Establishing security measures to protect network infrastructure from unauthorized access.
  • Designing and implementing network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technology.
  • Prepare monthly network availability report and ensure network documentations are up to date
  • Maintaining the network infrastructure by troubleshooting problems with routers, switches, wireless controller, wireless access-point, radius server etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience in same or related position.
  • Certifications; CCNA, CCNP & Fortinet NSE4
  • Experience working with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, IPsec, SSL, DMVPN, GRE, HSRP, VRRP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.

Time Management Officer

Job Description:

To ensure accuracy of overtime and Back pay input for payroll processing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the overtime and back pay input for payroll processing
  • Maintaining attendance of staff on shift, general duty, corporate general and extra general duty on SAP software (periodically)
  • Timely upload of annual, casual leave roster and shift roster on SAP
  • Ensure all leave absence are maintained on SAP according to the company policy
  • Oversee all face scanner machines in the plant and provide accurate report on their performances.
  • Registration of new staff on IRIS Machine in the plant (periodically)
  • Collaborate with Payroll Team in the administration on compensation activities and ensure the correct implementation of correct procedures.
  • Proactively anticipate potential issues and provide solutions on Time Management with resolutions.
  • Preparing the Man-hour report and KRI report to the end users
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Unit Head, Compensation and Benefits
Qualification and Requirement:
  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience will be an advantage

Job Description:

Ensure accurate payroll report is prepared and signed off on a month basis.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare salary Input for monthly payroll
  • Ensure accurate payroll report is prepared and signed off a monthly basis
  • Ensure Expatriate Living Expenses Allowance preparation and submit on a monthly basis
  • Preparation of Casual wages on monthly basis. (Plant contact staff, Security, Apapa clinker)
  • Preparation of Production Incentives for Packing Plant and Mines
  • Preparation of NYSC and IT payment on monthly basis
  • Ensure accurate Loan deduction and submit monthly report on loan related issues.
  • Support Unit Head, Compensation and Benefit to ensure payment of salaries and submitting report on monthly basis.
  • Collating of Housing upfront for staff base on request
  • Signing of Loans request from staff in cooperative
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Unit Head, Compensation and Benefit.
Qualification and Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in HR Management or any Social Science related discipline
  • Professional qualification such as CIPMN, ICAN/ACCA will be an added advantage.

Work Experience

  • At least five (5) years’ experience in compensation and/ or payroll administration.

Skill & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations and legislations relating to the cement manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of remuneration methodologies, tax policies
  • Good knowledge and understanding of employee reward and incentive schemes, package etc.
  • Good data/numerical and analytical skills
