Job Description:

In this role, you are the first line of contact for walk-in customers to the store. You will make customers feel welcome and assist them in finding the products that most satisfy their needs. You must be knowledgeable about the Company’s products and able to adequately guide customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities    

  • Receive customers into the store in a friendly yet polite and professional tone.
  • Guide customers by ushering them to hangers and racks, suggesting items they could buy.
  • Assist customers in making selections from the diverse range of outfits available.
  • Record sales by creating and updating customer profile records in the POS terminal.
  • Process cash and card payments, watching for shoplifters and fraudulent shoppers.
  • Check cash drops and ensure accuracy.
  • Balance cash registers with receipts.
  • Stay up to date with special promotions and communicate with customers.
  • Follow up with customers for repeat purchases and referrals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • BSc. / HND Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
  • Professional Certifications    

Experience    

  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a retail/commercial environment.
  • Experience in fashion, selling across on-floor and digital channels is a key requirement.

Job Description:
  • Prepare high-quality dishes.
  • Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
  • Maintain a clean kitchen at all times
  • Monitor food stock and place orders
  • Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
  • Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
  • Prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our customers.
  • Compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Degree in Culinary Arts (preferred)
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a Chef

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. You will supervise the operational and organizational standards as well as establish effective goals, sales targets, and policies that will benefit the Company and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate corporate mission and business goals within the store.
  • Follow up to ensure proper execution of company initiatives and provide feedback to Sales Manager, as needed. 
  • Partner with sales team to build on business opportunities and achieve Company standards/goals; sales, store audits and profitability. 
  • Respond to and communicate with Sales Manager on all competitors, community information that could impact Company business. 
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business or improve performance. 
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve business performance. 
  • Focus staff on the importance of the quality of relationships with internal and external customers. 
  • Ensure accountability of staff in building a repeat customer base by providing all customers with unparalleled spirited service. 
  • Effectively manage customer complaints in a timely and effective way. 
  • Clearly communicate to staff all marketing and sales promotions. 
  • Consistently foster a positive store experience by treating all customers, and staff members in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Adhere to, and enforce, Company Personal Presentations Standards to properly represent the company. 
  • Evaluate product performance, pricing, sell through, and inventory levels.
  • Communicate to the Sales manager what is driving sales results and discuss any issues/priorities, in order to develop strategies to maximize business. 
  • Ensure there are weekly visual presentation action plans. 
  • Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room; continually review standards to ensure clear and consistent execution. 
  • Ensure all weekly updates and e-mail/memos are executed properly and on a timely basis. 
  • Direct and monitor preparation and execution of store inventory counts and follow up on results. 
  • Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results. 
  • Effectively communicate with the Sales Manager regarding day-to-day operational issues of the store. 
  • Complete store audits to ensure store is complying with all Company Policies and Procedures. 
  • Communicate with staff daily at morning Meetings about individual sales goals, and other key performance indicators, store results, product sales and other information to help them provide unparalleled service and achieve goals. 
  • Perform Manager-on-duty functions. 
  • Ensure store has all the necessary tools (e.g. supplies, resource binders, etc.). 
  • Direct the training and development of store management. Ensure that all Employees are properly oriented into the Company and trained in their role. 
  • Provide training and coaching for Employees (daily, weekly and monthly) and ensure that it is appropriately documented.
  • Ensure unsatisfactory performance and policy violations by Employees are addressed through the corrective action process and that appropriate documentation is completed and Sales Manager approval received. 
  • Diagnose, develop and review the performance of staff; conduct annual performance reviews. 
  • Give daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • BSc. in business administration, marketing or relevant field
  • Professional Certifications    

Experience    
Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
