Job Description:
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Organize weekly, quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Assist with salary attendance computation
  • Calculate and report on employee turnover rates (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) – Management Information System (MIS)
  • Ensure the daily floor walk is done and take a count of people present/absent in the office
  • Assist with employee engagement and coordination of activities from the various SPAR stores
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • B.Sc. / B.A in Business administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience as HR Generalist
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • HRIS knowledge is an advantage
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Excel and word)
  • Additional HR training/ certification

Content Creator - Learning and Development

  • To collaborate with management to identify company training needs
  • Design and develop content for E- learning, virtual and remote learning
  • Keep all technical/ soft skills updated via assigned work and professional development opportunities
  • Impart trainings for new joiners in the organization
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum (Training calendar)
  • Prepare well-structured drafts and design templates
  • Edit and proofread written pieces before presentation
  • Identify training needs and recommend new topics
  • Research industry related topics

Job Description:
  • Ensure safe keeping of both quality and quantity of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders; process and distribute documentation with purchase orders
  • Reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required and issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
  • Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
  • Monitor and pro‐actively take action in response to site needs/ requests for construction materials.
  • Anticipate and proactively elevate potential challenges/problems.
  • Answers questions regarding procedures and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus supply.
  • Monitors and pro‐actively takes actions in response to site needs/ requests for construction material
  • Assisting with input into the stores computer and occasionally placing purchase orders on the instruction of the Procurement Officer or in his absence.
  • Maintaining clean and tidy condition of the site
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • B.Sc./HND in any of the Social Sciences
  • 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
  • Work experience with a reputable construction company would be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
  • Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
