Job Description:
  • This role is responsible for providing efficient and effective level of technical support to staff in areas such as desktop, help desk and IT project support along with network troubleshooting/support.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates, prioritizes and addresses all types of service requests handled by the IT team (desktop support, phone/email response).
  • Setup, deploys, repairs and troubleshoots laptop and desktop PCs, printers and other PC hardware and peripherals.

Job Description:
  • This role is responsible for assessing the software quality of IE through manual and automated testing;
  • Finding and reporting bugs / glitches while ensuring that IE products, applications, and systems work correctly;
  • Designs and implement tests, debug, and define corrective actions, review system requirements, and tracks quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts.)

Responsibilities

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Conduct tests before product launch to ensure software runs smoothly and meets business users’ needs while being cost-effective
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

  • This role is responsible for the running of the software delivery process, providing leadership, focus, guidance, and coordination to drive multiple cross-functional Agile teams to deliver functionality across IE’s many delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Apply agile software principles as tailored to IE’s operations to oversee the development lifecycle for teams’ applications and services, collaborating closely with software developers and managers to architect and curate the best technical design, and implementation and maintenance practices.
  • Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions for all solution delivery domains.
  • Ensure that the tools and environment required for solution development are available and accessible.
  • Ensure the business analysis function supports the development of solutions by performing scoping assessments, developing business cases, and defining functional requirements.
  • Provide high level validation to technical design documents and ensure that all security designs and implementations adhere to enterprise security standards.
  • Ensure that transitioned services have been developed to meet operational and service level requirements.
  • Work with Team Lead, Solution Architect, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders in the roadmap definition process.
