Job Description:
  • We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. 
  • HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
  • Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.


  • Manage company’s HR function across teams
  • Be comfortable and open minded working across cultures and languages
  • Support team to thrive and grow in the company
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, personal data etc.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  • Publish and remove job ads
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
  • Develop training and onboarding material
  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • B.Sc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 1 – 3 years experience in a HR Role
  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge on compensation and benefits
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Lead, Data and Business Intelligence

Job Description:
  • Maintain and develop databases and dashboards for project teams and central services.
  • Work with non-technical partners and product teams to understand their needs and come up with an automated end-to-end solution.
  • Translate business requirements into applicable data requirements.
  • Assist in data pipeline development efforts to centralize project finance data and optimize project reporting.
  • Assist with system management and system implementation.
  • Assist with data auditing and contributes to data mapping.
  • Support training teams on newly developed or improved processes, systems and tools.
  • Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
Qualifications and Requirements:

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years of relevant data-centric experience
  • Someone currently following with a  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business with a focus on Finance or any related studies
  • Someone who is confident and can work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Someone with very good Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Conditional Operations) and Google Sheets skills, SQL, Python, Power BI
  • Someone enthusiastic and open to learning new Business Intelligence tools and has an affinity to systems
  • Someone with strong attention to detail and with the ability to solve problems.

  • Own the company-wide financial model partnering with executive team and functional leaders to develop detailed operating plans, establish metrics, and monitor success.
  • Perform strategic financial analysis that drives business decisions including pricing, hiring plans, and more.
  • Implement systems for budgeting, invoicing, and payments.
  • Prepare Board materials that accurately present the company’s financial position and highlight the key drivers of the business for strategic decision making.
  • Manage external financial and accounting vendors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience.
  • Must have – hands on finance and accounting experience at high-growth Tech startup with deep understanding of relevant KPIs (e.g. ARR, LTV, CAC, Recurring vs. Non-Recurring revenue, etc.).
  • Skilled communicator who can build relationships across the organization to bring everyone along with critical business decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative approach to solving unstructured problems.
  • Experience in working with back-office partners / vendors. 
  • Should have a certification in ACA / ACCA as a professional certfication.

N300,000 Monthly.
