Job Description:
  • Maintaining financial records.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Checking invoices.
  • Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
  • Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
  • Handling queries related to accounts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Min of B.Sc. in Accounting
  • Min of 1-2 years cognate experience as an Account Officer
  • Able to work well within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of Sage accounting software
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Office Coordinator

Job Description:
  • Overseeing general office operation.
  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Min of B.Sc./ HND in Business Administration or related field.
  • Min of 3-5 years of cognate experience in office administration
  • Office management experience in a Laundry/cleaning company is an added advantage
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Applicant must reside within Sabo-Yaba and environs.
