Position: Accounts Clerk

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: BA/BSC/HND

Experience: 2 years

Unit: General

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  2. Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  3. Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  4. Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  5. Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  6. Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  7. Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  8. Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws


Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Minimum of B.Sc Degree or it equivalent in Accounting.
  2. Minimum of 2 years proven experience as Accounts Receivable clerk or Accounts Payable clerk.
  3. Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  4. Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software is a MUST.
