Job Description:
  • Ensure that functional and effective systems and procedures for expenditure management and budget control are in place.

Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain financial Processes, Policies and Procedures for the department.
  • Develop and maintain a system to track all assets owned by the department.

  • Provide leadership and direction in the operations, leading team to deliver on respective business targets and improve overall performance of the unit.
  • Identify, evaluate and track the development needs and performance of Products- and Data-Services staff, providing opportunities for staff to build on the company’s investment in their training and improve productivity.
  • Coach and mentor the Solution Development team to ensure understanding of the objectives and goals of the unit, awareness of all related job requirements and accountabilities, and leverage human resources career development programs for staff career development.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience:

9–17 years work experience including

  • Manager track record of 3 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant ICT sector
  • Combination of telecommunication and technology experience is an added advantage.

  • Proven experience in product development, project management, change management, process improvement and reengineering.
  • Good understanding of systems, networks and mobile telecoms, mobile applications and emerging technologies
