Job Description:
- Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.
- Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions.
- Manage Payments, post revenue accounting & payables entries, post payment entries.
- Assist in daily, monthly, and annual activities, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Speaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.
- Communicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accounts by recording, identifying and verifying financial transactions
- Follow internal accounting procedures and policies to ensure financial security is maintained.
- Record financial information and provide summaries when necessary
- Process and organize invoices to ensure bills are paid and received in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Finance / Accounting Graduate or related field
- ICAN/ACCA qualified (or in the final stage)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in finance/accounting
Must have skills:
- Microsoft Excel

- Attention to details
Good to have skills:
- IFRS understanding

Job Description:
- Supervising resource utilization to meet Green Africa’s standard while balancing customer service and accounting requirements
- Providing leadership and direction for assigned staff over a 7day shift covering all daily flights, to achieve departmental goals for productivity and quality
- Providing correct information regarding fares, ticketing, product knowledge and refunds to airport front level staff
- Maintaining accurate records and update PNR files
- Supervising all Reservations & Ticketing team activities in both back office and front desk to optimize all customer interactions into potential sales outcome
- Ensuring all agreed SLAs, safety standards and procedures are adhered to by all internal and external parties
- Ensuring all in-house teams and third parties adhere to agreed working practices/guidelines to ensure safe and on time turnaround.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in any field
- 2-3 years proven experience in a similar role
- Advanced computer skills and high attention to detail

Job Description:
- Technical support in daily aircraft operations , to ensure aircraft serviceability under the directives of a line maintenance engineer.
- Maintenance of all Green Africa G.S.E , this includes and not limited to cleaning, inspections and repairs.
- Maintenance of the appearance of all Green Africa fleet of Aircrafts ( interior and exterior)
- Maintenance of all engineering facilities in Lagos and other line stations.
- Every other tasks as may be delegated by the Director of maintenance, Line maintenance manager, Line maintenance engineers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of an OND Certificate in an Engineering field or SSCE Certificate or BATCO Certificate or a higher academic qualification.
- Have occupied the position of a Technician in an airline and must possess 3 years relevant experience.
- Have a good knowledge of manufacturer’s manuals and their usage.
- Possess good knowledge of aircraft systems.
- Possess a good knowledge of NCAA regulations.
- Possess good communication skills and must be computer literate.
Must have skills:
- Good Communicator
- Organizational Skill
- Time Management Skills
- Work with limited supervision
Good to have skills:
- Team Player Innovative Creative.
