Job Description:
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support services to the MD.
  • Examining documents for review.
  • Responding to client queries and requests.
  • Handinging travel and other logistics arrangements.
  • Performing other designed.
  • Organizing meetings; including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the MD’s behalf.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Managing the MD’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • BSC/HND in any related discipline 3-5 years of work experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge with added digital skills
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proactivity and self-direction.
  • Interpersonal skills

SALARY: N200,000-300,000 Net

Brand Activation Manager

Job Description:
  • Planning and implementing brand activation strategies Checking how consumers react to ongoing brandtivation projects
  • Developing a brand activation calendar.
  • Tracking the company’s brand marketing goals. Identifying brand activation concepts that fit with the brand.
  • Compiling weekly and monthly program progress reports.
  • Developing activation platforms and coming up with a client-focused solution Working with internal departments and stakeholders to muraiment of brand programs and initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • BSc/HND in Marketing, Advertising. Communications, Business Administration, or another relevant field 3+ years of brand activation or marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of strategies. and ATL advertising, marketing Ability to manage brand campaigns.
  • Strong intemal and extemal communication skills. Great understanding of making murica and marketing performance reporting.
  • Thorough understanding of omni-channel brand marketing practices.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word. and PowerPoint)

SALARY: N250,000-N350,000 Net

The Project Manager will lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and maintain processes to manage the entire scope of the project fecycle, setting project quality and performance standard Assessing and managing risk within and across multiple projects.
  • Structure and execute project integration and multi-track project performance.
  • Create databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources-including third- party vendors and researchers Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable cunputs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minnum of BSc/HND in any related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management in the media industry.
  • An ATL & BTL knowledge will be an added advantage

SALARY: N250,000 – N300,000 Net.
