Job Description:
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments and ensure appropriate communication, prepare boardroom and data projector for meetings.
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs;
  • Setting-up conference calls, booking and reserving conference rooms;
  • Preparing agendas, name tags and attendance registers for meetings and events;
  • Overseeing the general workers responsibilities and ensure that the office is kept clean at all times and ensure office orderliness and professional appearance;
  • Ensuring that after hours/special holiday messages are recorded, retrieved, and communicated to the relevant people where needed.
  • Receiving and send program pouches, track shipment, confirm receipt and forward to the relevant person;
  • Maintaining an up-to-date contact list for the program, both internal and external contacts;
  • Take minutes at administrative team meetings and ensure that proper record keeping is taking place and maintained;
  • Addressing employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery);
  • Tracking the utilization of office consumables, and order consumables when needed;
  • Liaising with facility management vendors, including catering and security services;
  • Planning in-house or off-site activities, like parties and celebrations;
  • Assisting with coordinating procurement (preparing Purchase Request and requesting for quotations);
  • Office space management and ensuring the building meets Fire, Health and Safety requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Personnel with a non – governmental organization.
  • Must have experience in Event Management with Secretarial Experience in a non-governmental Organization.
  • Must have experience in Fund Raising and use of Social Mediation Tools.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information and as well provide necessary support to the sales team.


  • Supervise and coordinate the Service Delivery Team by managing and monitoring. Schedules, supervising and filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and provide necessary support to the field sales team.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 – 5 years cognate experience in IT or Telecom Sector is mandatory.
  • Certification in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing will be an asset.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.


  • Excellent internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Signage Sales Engineer (Electronic Display Boards)

Job Description:
  • It’s is primarily a digital signage application engineer role which requires sales skills to effectively engage customer face to face and assist in closing deals.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales support to the Sales team, preparing the necessary information needed about the solution to implement in each project;
  • Product training, Partner Certification of SI on a quarterly basis;
  • Support on answering the necessary documentation for public contests, and tender business that need complex proposals;
  • Show Room maintenance and solutions deployment to enhance business to customers;
  • To present the company’s Products, evangelize partners, end-customers to understand the advantage of the products.
  • Be aware and updated on all trends, new solutions and technologies for the company to be known by partners and customers as the leading force regarding future technologies and in that way be recognized in the market as a true expert in its field;
  • Develop new partnerships to offer Company’s products to the target clients, pushing the bordering of product line and integrate different GBUs.
  • Use the Company’s Partners SI certificated customers to develop differentiated products/solutions from competitors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Min of 3 years’ Cognate experience in sales and/or engineering experience in the Digital Signage Industry
  • Must have experience in either display or solution area of digital signage.
  • Knowledge of Digital TV systems, hardware systems, e.g. operation of PC Servers, IP Switches, MPEG4 Encoders
  • Experience with Digital Signage systems and Audio/Visual systems.

Required Skills:

  • Engineering skills, fast execution, focus and motivation for goals achievement
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Self-starter, innovative and able to work independently
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
