The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has released the final lists of successful candidates for the 2023 recruitment exercise for Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) respectively
This is contained in a statement issued by the Secretary of the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) Mr Ja’afaru Ahmed, on Tuesday in Abuja.

The list of successful candidates can be found on the CDCFIB portal at cdcfib.career. Candidates are expected to print an invitation slip containing the schedule for the documentation exercise and issuance of appointment letters.

According to the board, the documentation exercise and issuance of appointment letters for successful candidates will hold simultaneously for both Services.
“It will hold from Tuesday, Aug. 15, to Monday, Sept. 4, at the board and the service headquarters, respectively,” It stated.
This is a significant development as it marks the culmination of a long and rigorous recruitment process. The CDCFIB has been praised for its transparency and fairness in conducting the recruitment exercise.
The successful candidates are a diverse group of individuals from all over Nigeria. They bring with them a wealth of experience and skills that will be invaluable to the NIS and NSCDC.
