Job Description:

LOCATIONS – North-west, North-east, North-central, South-west, South-east and South-south

Responsibilities

  •  Segments assigned market into routes of minimum of 30 outlets/route per six days of the week.
  • Assigns one Rep to cover 6 routes in the assigned market
  • Checks demands by brands of each outlet and recommend reps daily load out on demand target and company directive.
  • Ensures that all outlets are properly registered on mobile app.
  • Convenes a daily sales review with sales reps after the day’s reconciliation.
  • Prepares studies and analyzes Reps’ report and make necessary recommendations.
  • Checks and ensures availability of  brands in the 180 outlets covered by reps.
  • Monitors load out, sales and reconciliation of Sales Rep daily.
  • Spot-checks using recommended outlets visit itinerary.
  • Reports quality and drop size of outlets and recommends the addition and deletion of outlets when necessary.
  • Motivates sales Reps to go extra mile to achieve a better coverage, distribution, and sales.
  • Checks capabilities and skills of new intake (reps) during recruitment.
  • Works with fleet officer on sales Reps’ work tools i.e. Motor bike, Box, Uniforms etc.
  • Trains Reps and communicate company’s policies to ensure that processes are followed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Not more than 35 years old
  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc
  • Not less than 5 years cognate experience.
  • Relevant professional qualification is essential.
  • Ability to supervise and ensure compliance.
  • Ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Able to set clear direction and communicate change.
  • Able to resolve conflicts and effectively solve problems.
  • Able to accurately cascade sales strategies and programs (and/or new Company policies) to subordinates.
  • Must be outgoing and have good socialization skills.
  • Efficient team-building skills.
  • Ability to interact at any level within the organization.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month

Wholesale Executives

Job Description:

LOCATION – North-west, North-east, North-central, South-west, South-east and South-south.

Responsibilities

  • Executes the sales activities in the wholesale outlets located within the territory to meet customer and consumer objectives as described in the cycle plan.
  • Implements TLP targets for wholesale outlets following guidelines set by the management.
  • Tracks Wholesalers purchases to ensure that they achieve the TLP targets.
  • Builds, develops, and maintains structured relationships with wholesalers to develop and expand opportunities at wholesale trade.
  • Develops and adheres to a well-defined work program and route plan as agreed with ASM/RSM.
  • Actively participates in business development projects (e.g., trade incentive schemes, internal brand awareness campaigns, etc.)
  • Supports change management projects within Sales Team
  • Ensures that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality, and customer price of products are achieved for the territory.
  • Provides data and maintain accurate records on competitor’s activities and on sales & distribution performance to guarantee that management are fully informed always.
  • Monitors brand’s performance in the outlets.
  • Improves the company’s corporate image by operating at the highest business ethics.
  • Gathers and provide ideas on how to develop wholesale touch points.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Not more than 35 years old
  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Not less than 5 years cognate experience
  • Relevant professional qualification in Sales or Marketing is essential.
  • Must be outgoing and have good socialization skills.
  • Efficient team building skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
