Job Description:
Core Competence:
- Software Development Support
- ERP and Web Application
- In-depth understanding of MySQL, VB and PHP
- Basic Networking
Duties:
- Manage intranet-based ticketing system
- Manage the organizations website
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Proficient with HP Printers.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or its equivalent
- Technical Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT/Software support or development/QA role is advantageous
- Demonstrated basic programming skills with commercial experience is highly desirable
Additional IT Skills of Value:
- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Win 10 – 2019 server)
- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Internet communication peripherals (NVR, AP & Routers)
- Understanding of TCP/IP networks and surveillance security systems
- Understanding of LAN and WAN communication and configurations
