Man to divorce wife of 7 years because she didn’t vote for Peter Obi (Video)

A Nigerian man has said he will end his 7-year-old marriage because his wife did not vote for the presidential candidate of Labor Party, (LP), Peter Obi.

The general election was held on Saturday, February 25th and Nigerians stormed out to vote for their preferred candidate.

In a country that seems to always be on the lookout for a messiah to solve its myriad problems, young social media-savvy supporters have elevated Mr Obi to sainthood and are backing his largely unknown Labour Party against two septuagenarian political heavyweights

However, the man expressed his disappointed as he found out that his wife voted another candidate instead of Peter Obi.

He made a vow to leave his wife while queueing to cast his vote and crowds tried to calm him down.

A video making the rounds online shows him ranting at a polling unit about his wife’s decision and saying he will lave her for such an action.
