“Sope Otilor” – Unhappy boss shares bad resignation letter a student intern sent to him as ASUU calls off strike

A Nigerian boss, simply identified as Ciroma Chukwuma Adekunle, has shared bad resignation letter a student intern sent to him.

The unhappy boss took to his micro-blogging platform, Twitter, via his page, @Unknown_xyzac, as he shared the resignation email after the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) called off their eight months strike.

It can be recalled that ASUU shut down public universities in the country on February 14, 2022, to demand full implementation of agreements it had entered into with the Federal Government a few years ago.

However, the organization reached an agreement with the Federal Government as they suspended the strike on October 14th 2022, resumes work with immediate effect.

Students, who were impacted by ASUU’s actions have started informing their employers of their resumption to school as several had already submitted resignation letters.

One victor Makinde has mesmerized his boss as he sent his resignation letter, which read, “Effective from today, Oya sope otilor”.

The letter did not sit well with his boss as he closed the door on employing undergraduates for intern positions in the future.
