This has, however, generated mixed reactions from residents as well as other Nigerians.

Jamiu Idowu said; “That’s the monthly wage bill of ~8,000 teachers at an average of 62,000 Naira per teacher. It’s very easy to identify the source of our problems!”

Tina Gold said; “We all know that cost of transportation is too high these days because of the price of fuel. That N500 Million will not even be enough to transport people from their local government to the campaign venue and bring them back. As usual, they’ll walk back home, kpele o.”
