BREAKING: Tinubu reacts to DSS invasion of EFCC office in Lagos

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reacted to the Department of State Services (DSS) invasion of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) office in Ikoyi, Lagos.

The DSS on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, stormed the EFCC office blocked the whole building, placing an armoured tank at the front.

The DSS operatives also prevented the EFCC officials from entering the building.

Both agencies according to reports have been at loggerheads with each other over the ownership of the building.

However, a source in the State House stated that President Tinubu has ordered the DSS to vacate the premises immediately.

“He said if there were issues between the “two important agencies of government”, they would be resolved amicably,” the source told TheCable.
