Oyo Govt Postpones School Resumption to July

The Oyo State Govt has revealed that it has postponed the resumption date for students earlier slated for June 29, 2020 to July 6, 2020.

According to Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde, the postponment will enable schools test run COVID-19 prevention protocols that has been put in place before resumption.

He said; “To enable schools test run COVID-19 prevention protocols put in place, we have postponed the resumption of Primary 6, JSS 3 and SS3 students to July 06, 2020. However, teachers are to resume on June 29, 2020.”
