Gunmen suspected to be terrorists have reportedly kidnapped four buses filled with passengers along the Kiyaya-Kititi Road in Kaduna State.
SaharaReporters learnt that although the incident occurred on December 3, the victims are still with their abductors.
According to reports, the gunmen accosted four vehicles on their way to Abuja and abducted the passengers.

The source said, “The kidnappers have started calling the families of their victims and demanding a ransom within the range of N10million to N50million.”
“On December 3, between Kiyaya and Kititi, in Kaduna (on their way to Jos from Abuja), about four vehicles travelling were hijacked and some passengers were abducted in broad daylight,” it added.
It was further revealed that the kidnappers voluntarily released a nursing mother ten days after the incident and killed two victims who attempted to escape.
“However, it was learned that they willingly released a nursing mother and her baby that evening and in the process of that three persons escaped but two persons out of three who allegedly attempted to escape were killed. Till now, we are yet to hear from the abductors. I learned they were selectively picked from each vehicle numbering over 20 persons,” the source added.
